wash the number of “mayudama” you want to use in warm water when taking a bath. Then let them soak in approx. ４0℃ hot water (about 40 sec to 1 min.) and let them fully absorb moisture until they become soft. Slip the soft “mayudama” on your finger and softly massage the areas that trouble you, such as the face, the neck, the elbow aso.
